Exchanges

The fastest way to process an exchange is to just place a new order right away, for the item you want. Then you can send us back the original item you want to return and we will refund you as soon as we receive it back.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition, with tags on.
• Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back, unless it is a mistake made on our part.
• In-store purchases must have a receipt.

Process for returning items:

1. Make sure you meet all the criteria above.
2. Box up your item and include your order number, name and reason for the return.
3. As soon as we receive your package with the return and verify it meets the above criteria, we will refund you.
